The Schaeffer Center for the study of Genocide, Human Rights and Conflict Prevention has invited Taline Papazian to 91勛圖厙to speak about the ongoing conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Taline Papazian is a political scientist. She has published and taught at various universities in France and in the United States, and currently teaches at Sciences Po in Aix en Provence, at the Ecole de lAir. She specializes in issues of armed conflicts in post-Soviet states, and has worked extensively on the impact of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict on state institutions, actors and trajectories in Armenia.

Her more recent works focus on state and non-state military institutions and actors. She also runs the Armenia Peace Initiative nonprofit organization promoting sustainable peace in the South Caucasus via enhancement of human security.
