Join Professors Bloch-Laine and Kinne for a journey in taste. Discover the medieval city of Avignon, home to the world-famous theater festival, and the vineyards of Chateauneuf du Pape. Visit the Palace of the Popes with a medievalist, improve your basic acting techniques in a role-playing theatrical workshop in the picturesque Jardin des Doms, and learn more about how the internationally renowned southern Rhone wines with the winemakers who make them.
