We are writing to remind you of the new VPN security policy, which requires the use of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when connecting to the VPN.
To assist you, we have created an article explaining how the VPN works at AUP.

It is important to note that not all users working remotely will need to connect to the VPN. We recommend that all VPN users adopt the Microsoft Authenticator App push method to avoid receiving phone calls each time they connect to the VPN. According to our latest data, most VPN users have already switched to the app, ensuring a smoother and more streamlined connection process.
